Returning to Sen̓áḵw
Over a century ago, Squamish People were forcibly removed from our village at Sen̓áḵw. Our homes were destroyed, but our connection to the land remained strong. In 2026 we are proud to invite our People home to Sen̓áḵw.
Construction milestone reached in North Shore Elders Centre expansion project
Construction is scheduled for completion in October of this year, and the re-opening of the Centre is planned for early 2027.
