Additional Information

Have your say in Squamish Nation governance.

There is an Election and Referendum vote on May 31, which will affect the upcoming election and all Members.

How many people would you like to see on Council? One of the ballot questions we will be voting on is how many people should be on Council (8 or 16)? Currently, we vote for councillors to represent three separate areas (Squamish, North Shore & away from community). Would you like that to change? These are some of the seven questions that will be voted on May 31st.

The voting results will take effect for our next Council and Band Manager election in September 2025.
