Our community outreach & crisis response team provides flexible, low-barrier support to Community Members who may face barriers accessing traditional office-based services or who need more immediate support. Through mobile outreach, crisis response, harm reduction, peer support, and connection to wellness services, the team meets Members where they are and helps them access the support they need.
