The Justice Support Team offers support to Members involved with the criminal justice system, whether at the community, provincial, or federal level. Members can receive assistance at any stage of their journey.
Our team offers support with accessing legal aid, guidance through the court process, support during sentencing, involvement in restorative or alternative justice measures, probation, parole, and reintegration into the community.
To best serve Members, the team maintains essential partnerships with the West/North Vancouver RCMP, Integrated First Nation Police Unit (IFNU), North Vancouver Provincial Court, North Vancouver First Nations Court, North Shore Community Corrections, and Correctional Services Canada (CSC).

Our Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Stélmexw came home to Sen̓áḵw
On Friday, May 8, Sen̓áḵw’s first tower was blessed. Following the announcement of the occupancy permit, Sen̓áḵw hosted a beautiful blessing ceremony at the entrance of the tower.
Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw home retrofits showcase Nation’s Climate Legacy Strategy
Sḵwx̱wú7mesh People living on reserve can apply for free home retrofits. These upgrades can include new windows, ventilation, insulation, or a new heat pump.
