2026 Housing List is now available online
We are pleased to share the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation) updated 2026 Housing List. The Housing List is a record of when a Member has applied for a custom home and lot allocation and is managed by Wa Ns7eyx̱ ta Temíxw (Community Lands).
The list reflects changes and additions made over the last several years, and is up to date as of May 13, 2026. This 2026 Housing List replaces our previously published 2025 list.

Members can log in to view the list online or contact Community Lands to arrange a time to view a printed copy of the 2026 Housing List.
Additional Information:
- Going forward, Community Lands plan to share an updated Housing List with the community on a yearly basis.
- The ranking on the 2026 Housing List is based on the date of application.
- If you applied after May 13, 2026, and your application was accepted, you are on the list and your ranking will be visible on next year’s Housing List.
- Members are allocated a home based not only on their ranking on the list, but in conjunction with their Housing List category, which includes Elders, married/common-law, single parent, and single.
