Housing Allocation Coming in 2025: Update Your Information Today

The Squamish Nation has updated its Housing Allocations Policy to enhance clarity, transparency, and consistency in managing the Housing List and making allocation decisions. This updated policy will guide the next housing allocation process, which includes up to 15 lots and homes. The new allocation is expected to take place in 2025, marking the first allocation in seven years.

Keep Your Information Up to Date

To ensure you remain eligible for the Housing List, it’s essential that your contact information is current. Updates cannot be made without completing the appropriate form and submitting the required documents. Contact the Housing Officer at CommunityLands@Squamish.net to receive the necessary form and guidance.

Haven’t Applied Yet?

If you haven’t applied to be on the Housing List, visit the Community Lands office (Unit 6- 380 Welch St.) to speak with the Housing Officer, who can assist you with completing an application in person. Alternatively, you can request an application by emailing CommunityLands@Squamish.net.
