Open to people of all ages, this will be a safe space for Squamish People to gather and learn healing methods that honour culture, tradition, spirituality, and strengthen social connections. It will focus on the seven circles of wellness (Community, Food, Sleep, Movement, Ceremony, Sacred Space, and Land).
