CJMC 2026 Winter Recreation Guide Now Available

The Winter 2026 CJMC Recreation Program Guide is now available in print and online.  

The guide provides a full overview of the winter programs, services, and community opportunities offered through Yúustway’s Recreation Department. The Guide includes youth sports, adult fitness activities, and cultural and family programming available from January to March of 2026.  

All CJMC programs are free of charge for Sḵwx̱wú7mesh People and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw staff.  

Yúustway understands the valuable role sports and recreation play in enhancing the lives of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh People. Explore the Winter 2026 Guide to find an activity that interests you. There’s everything from yoga, weightlifting, pickleball, or various martial arts. And for Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Youth, there’s lacrosse, tennis, basketball or swimming. The guide also details upcoming winter programs, registration information, seasonal events, and facility information such as how to book CJMC.  

Also in the guide are details on how to apply for financial assistance for young Sḵwx̱wú7mesh athletes. Parents can learn how to access the Squamish Nation Sports and Recreation Grant, or about the confidential application process to KidSport
