Please tick the box below to confirm you can commit to meetings called on an ad-hoc basis (including preparation and review), training sessions attendance, support with community engagement meetings on the Electoral Commission, and/or other activities.

I understand that the falsification, misrepresentation, or omission of any facts in said documents will be cause for rejection of my application or my removal from the Electoral Commission regardless of when or how it was discovered.
