Starting next month, Yúustway (Health & Wellness) will be hosting weekly Pow Wow Dance Fit class. Come and experience the power of movement, culture, and community.
Taught by Dallus Guss, this class blends traditional Pow Wow dance steps with an easy workout, helping you build strength and rhythm while deepening your connection to traditional practices.
