We are inviting former children in care to participate in a community survey aimed at better understanding their experiences with childcare and the supports they received. This is a meaningful opportunity to share personal insights that will help shape improvements to programs and services for future children and families.

Incentive
As a thank-you for your time and contributions, all participants will receive a $10 incentive upon completion. Incentives can be picked up in person at our office address listed below.
