Protocol is the official procedure or system of rules governing government affairs, community, or diplomatic occasions. In general, protocol represents the recognized and generally accepted system of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh courtesy by non-Sḵwx̱wú7mesh governments, businesses, and other partners. The Protocol team uses the Protocol Policy to determine how, why, where, and when to use communications and information-sharing channels with businesses, the government, and other partners and responds to requests for Sḵwx̱wú7mesh representation in the broader community.
