Public Health Nurses at Yúustway will be holding vaccination clinics on Tuesday, May 14 and Wednesday, May 15 to offer COVID-19 booster vaccinations to community members and Squamish Nation staff. The COVID-19 spring booster vaccine is recommended for:
- Indigenous adults aged 55 years and older
- People six months and older who have underlying health conditions that place them at higher risk of severe COVID-19
- People who have not had a COVID-19 vaccine that protects against the XBB.1.5 variant.
