Sen̓áḵw Services Agreement
The Services Agreement, effective May 25, 2022, creates a framework to guide the government-to-government relationship between Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw and the City of Vancouver and ensures access to municipal services, amenities, and infrastructure for the Sen̓áḵw neighbourhood over time.
North Vancouver School District Protocol Agreement
The Protocol Agreement for Communication and Collaboration, signed by Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw and the North Vancouver School District (NVSD) on January 17, 2019, commits to an equal partnership in the education of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh students enrolled in the NVSD. The agreement contains provisions that entail Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw involvement in educational decisions, such as the inclusion of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh language, culture, and history in the curriculum and courses offered to all students in the NVSD.
School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky) Protocol Agreement
The Protocol Agreement for Communication and Collaboration, signed by Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw and the School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky) on December 5, 2017, commits to an equal partnership in the education of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh students enrolled in the School District No. 48. The agreement contains provisions that entail Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw involvement in educational decisions, such as the inclusion of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh language, culture, and history in the curriculum and courses offered to all students in the district.

Squamish Nation Establishes Historic Partnership with Lime, Pioneering Indigenous Mobility Solutions Globally
Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw is proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Lime, marking the first agreement between a shared micromobility operator and First Nation in Canada. Lime will deploy its fleet of electric bikes and providing dedicated parking locations in community and nearby areas, offering convenient and eco-friendly mobility options within the community and surrounding areas.
Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw History Book For Sale
We are excited to announce that tiná7 cht ti temíxw (We Come From This Land) will be published in early January 2024! The book is intended to be a snapshot – a collection of some of the multi-faceted stories and histories that are held by the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh People and a starting point for future conversations.
