Winter 2020 CJMC Programs

As we are currently in the process of creating a new and exciting recreation program guide format, a summary of our Winter 2020 Programs are listed below. 

ALL PROGRAMS BEGIN THE WEEK OF JANUARY 13TH  WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MEDICINE BALL THAT STARTS MONDAY JANUARY 6TH.

If registration is required, please email rec@squamish.net and we will complete the registration process. Please feel free to email in with any questions or for more details on our programs. We hope to see new and familiar faces down at CJMC this year!

FITNESS PROGRAMS

Medicine BallDROP IN (all ages)

Days: Monday & Wednesday 12:00-1:00 pm / Tuesday
7:30-8:30 pm


Zumba – DROP IN (all ages)

Day: Monday 6:00-7:00 pm


Boxing Boot Camp – REGISTRATION REQUIRED (ages 18+)

Days: Tuesday 6:30-7:30 OR Thursday 8:00-9:00


Weight Training – REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Days:    Women (ages 18+) Sunday 10:00-11:00
am

Men (ages 18+) Sunday 11:00
am-12:00 pm

Teens (Co-ed ages 13-18) Sunday
12:00-1:00 pm

YOUTH SPORT & DANCE PROGRAMS

Soccer Academy – REGISTRATION REQUIRED (co-ed ages 4-13)

Day:       Sunday 9:00-10:30 am
(ages 4-8)

               
Sunday 10:30 am-12:00 pm (ages 9-13)


Girls Lacrosse Academy – REGISTRATION REQUIRED (ages 8-15)

Day/time: Thursday 7:00-8:30

Swimming Lessons – REGISTRATION REQUIRED (co-ed ages 5-12)

Day/Times:
     Sunday 2:30 – 3:15 pm (Beginner)

                       
Sunday 3:15-4:30 pm (Intermediate)


Hip Hop Dancing – REGISTRATION REQUIRED (co-ed ages 8-13)

Day/Time: Thursday 6:30-7:30 pm

CULTURAL PROGRAMS

Drumming and Singing – REGISTRATION REQUIRED (all ages, families encouraged!)

Day/Time: Tuesday 6:00-7:30 pm


Powwow Dancing – REGISTRATION REQUIRED (all ages, families encouraged!)

Day/Time: Wednesday 6:00-7:30 pm
