Holiday Office Closures – Emergency Contacts

Squamish Nation offices will be closed for the holidays starting on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 and they will re-open on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Regular programs and services may not be running, but there are still many supports available to Members in need. Please reach out if you need support.

Reporting a Crime or Suspicious Activity 

Call your local non-emergency line to report suspicious behaviour or activity (but no active crime in progress), including suspected drug dealing, or to report a break-in, property damage, etc. after it has happened. Call 911 if you believe a life is in danger, a crime is in progress, or a crime has just occurred, including: break-ins/robbery, assault, or any other incident requiring urgent police, fire, or ambulance response.

Weather Emergencies and Evacuation Assistance 
In the event of a house fire or extreme weather event (flooding, landslides or power outages), there is assistance available for affected Members, both on- and off-reserve. Please contact David Harrison, Manager, Emergency Planning & Response.
