Our Commitment
We are committed to transforming our services into a highly structured, professional organizational system designed to meet the goal of improving the quality of life for each and every member (an approach that emphasizes that “no one member is left behind”).
Further, Service Delivery is committed to working with Chiefs and Council and senior management to introduce new strategies and initiatives that will lead to a better quality of service. Our goal is to meet, or exceed, the service-delivery expectations of our members by developing and implementing the most efficient methods possible to deliver our programs and services.
We are also committed to providing the highest level of service delivery by ensuring that we develop programs that are: respectful of culture and cultural values; built upon improved communications; and both cost-effective and targeted to the appropriate programming.
Now more than ever, the Squamish Nation needs to focus on developing corporate practices that are based upon economic efficiencies and sound program delivery models that are based on performance measurement and best practices. We are committed to creating a modern day service delivery environment that meets the current and future needs of our membership.
