Council Committee Agenda Item Request

Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw staff and external entities can request an agenda item for a future Nexwsxwníw̓ntm ta Úxwumixw (Council) Committee meeting by completing the Council Committee Agenda Item Request Form. It is recommended that presenters seek endorsement of a Council committee before applying to present at a Council meeting.

Council Committee meeting schedule:

• Strategic Priorities & Budget Committee (SPBC) – 1^st Monday of every month
• Finance & Audit Committee (FAC) – 1^st Wednesday of every month
• External Relations Committee (ERC) – 2nd Monday of every month
• Organizational Operations Committee (OOC) – 2^nd Wednesday of every month
• Community Services Committee (CSC) – 3^rd Monday of every month
• Policy Committee (PC) – 3^rd Wednesday of every month
• Rights & Title Advisory Board (RTAB) – 4^th Monday of every month
• Governance Committee (GC) – 4^th Wednesday of every month
