Ta na wa Chen̓tm (Chair & Council) is inviting our Skwxwú7mesh-ulh to participate in hosting Elder Sir Tīmoti Samuel Kāretu and his group from Aotearoa (New Zealand) through feasting and culture sharing on August 25, 2023 at the Polygon Gallery.

Sir Tīmoti Samuel Kāretu is a trailblazer in Indigenous language revitalization in his native Aotearoa and has helped many Indigenous communities around the world in their own language revitalization efforts, including the Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw.

Please join us by bringing your drums, regalia, and singing voices to honor this esteemed guest and his delegation.
