On May 25, Nexwsxwníw̓ntm ta Úxwumixw (Council) and the City of Vancouver will make an announcement about the Sen̓áḵw development. 

The press conference will be livestreamed on our Facebook page with a pre-show for Members hosted by Spokespersons Syexwáliya, Ann Whonnock​ and Sxwíxwtn, Wilson Williams​. Tune in starting at 9:00 am. Both Elders Centres will also broadcast the event. 

The Sen̓áḵw lands hold great importance. This development will see the return of our people to our lands and economic benefit for future generations.
