Yúusnew̓as is a Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Community-led project to research and document the residential school experiences of our People. The ceremony is not for the general public\, but is open to anyone in Community\, with a warm welcome extended to our Elders and Survivors.  \nThe Community Burning is part of our shared journey to acknowledge and reconcile the harms to our People caused by the residential school system.
