Dance Group Performances

Our dance group is unique in that it consist mainly of children ages ranging from 4 to 13 years old.  These children have been learning their traditional Skwxwu7mesh songs, dances and stories that have been passed down for generations.  The culture and respect for their ancestors has instilled in them the pride and the desire to sharte what they have learned.  They perform to show that the culture is a living culture to share with non indigenous people and to show the diversity of Indigeous Canada.
